A little bit of history... the circumstances of life... this is the best destination... Don Angel Lopez Sanz from Madrid, and his wife Adela come to Coripe due to a family matter. A grocery store and a butcher's shop were the beginnings of what today is a medium-sized family business. The production for the own butchery began with the "chorizo" and "morcilla casera". With the development of the "Delicia de foie" came the resounding success, so that in 1984 a new factory is being built to cope with the demand. First there were 6 employees, but the increasing demand promotes the increase of employees up to 20 people nowadays.
Present and who we are... the company is already led by the 2nd Generation: daughter Inmaculada Lopez Hernanz has been in business since 1985. She is responsible for the administration and sales. Her brother Pedro Lopez Hernanz directs the production. The founding spirit of the father will be continued.
The factory... has the certifications and inspections, to be met for the health and hygiene regulation as well as the allocation of areas: production, packaging and storage.
